What time do I need to order by for same-day shipping?
We do not offer the Same Day ship- Good Health Naturally USA ships 1-2 business days from the order date. See Shipping policy.
Do you offer express shipping for USA/Canada orders?
We do not offer express or expedited shipping. Please see the Shipping terms.
Can you leave the package in a safe place?
This is the customer’s responsibility to leave a note for your delivery person as we do not control their policies.
Are you open at the weekend and on bank holidays?
Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm MST – Closed on all national holidays.
How much do I need to spend for free postage?
For the USA and Canada $75.00 qualifies for free shipping – Otherwise it is based on size, weight, dimension, and destination- See Shipping policy.
I’m having a technical issue. What should I do?

I have a problem with my order – what should I do?
Report it upon receipt as the return policy will apply- see return policy.
Whoops, I missed an item off my order. Can I add this?
