Good Health Naturally began not with a product, but with a question.

When our co-founder Robert Redfern lost both of his parents in their early 60s to lifestyle-related conditions, it sparked a deeply personal search for better answers. A different way of living. One that worked with the body, not against it.

Alongside him was his wife, Anne, raising their family with simple, wholesome choices and making the most of what was available to them from the land around them, homemade fruit spreads with less sugar, and a belief in nourishing the body gently and intuitively. Together, they began to reconnect with nature, trusting in its ability to guide a mindful and sustainable approach to health.

What started as a personal shift soon became a shared mission – to support health naturally and to help others do the same.

Their first step into natural wellbeing was the HealthPoint, a self-treatment microcurrent device based on acupuncture principles.

Born from curiosity and a touch of healthy scepticism, it was developed in collaboration with Dr Julian Kenyon, an acknowledged expert in energy medicine. What began as a simple, effective treatment for a family member’s arthritis evolved into a Electro Acupressure device bringing the benefits of acupuncture into the hands of everyday users.

For over a decade, Anne and Robert travelled across the UK, sharing it at exhibitions and health events. To this day, the HealthPoint continues to sell through recommendation.

From there came the move into nutritional supplements. Their first two formulas – Active Life and Organic Minerals – were hand-labelled and posted from their own home. Around this time, their daughter, Lucy, joined the business, helping to shape the direction of the brand.

Robert’s research led him to enzymes, particularly serrapeptase, which was widely used in Europe but still relatively unknown in the UK. This became the foundation of a growing supplement range, designed to work with the body’s natural processes and built on care, integrity, and scientific insight.

Over the years, they shared their message through health shows and events, building trusted relationships with practitioners and individuals alike. It was never about chasing trends. It was about offering something meaningful, reliable, and rooted in nature.

Today, Good Health Naturally continues to support individuals and professionals worldwide, including the UK and the USA. The company is now led by Anne and Lucy, supported by other family members and a small, dedicated team, many of whom have been with the business for over 15 years. Together, they carry forward Robert’s legacy with commitment and care.

Good Haealth Naturally has grown into a global brand with a range of over 60 nutritional supplements, and at the core, it is always inspired by nature and enhanced by science.

Today Anne, along with all three of her children and the team at Good Health Naturally, many of whom have been with the company for 15-20 years, are dedicated to continuing Robert’s legacy.

Together, we aim to guide people towards feeling their best by sharing Robert’s message and helping thousands of people to improve their health naturally.

For us, the most meaningful measure of success has never been about scale – it’s hearing how someone has improved their wellbeing, whether that means deeper sleep, steadier energy, or simply feeling more like themselves again.
