At Good Health Naturally we offer our first time customers whether they purchase a regular or sales promotion product offer, a money-back guarantee on all unopened products and two bottles/packages of opened product. Any follow up purchase of like product(s) after your first regular sales purchase, or free sample offer, or free introductory offer, or one week trial offer, is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as is. Please give our products a minimum of a one month trial period. If you are not totally satisfied after one month of using the product, you may return the empty bottles/packages and the sealed, unused bottles/packages for a refund (less shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee).
Only two bottles/packages of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory sealed container to be eligible for refund.
Because we ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed.
You have 90 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We do not process returns past this 90 day period.
All returns are charged a restocking fee. This fee will be 15% of the total product purchase price.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.

Note: You cannot return the same product more than one time. This is to prevent excessive returns. Customers can order as many different products as they wish, but we only allow one return order for any particular product per customer.
Note: Returns will be processed and your refund issued within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.

Customs-Related Issues:
If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
